Welcome to Lee, Massachusetts!
Proud Gateway to the Berkshires and shopping, dining, and scenic destination!
Our citizens have a true sense of spirit, service, and civic pride in their community. And we all work to make Lee a vibrant place to live, work and visit. We are a unique blend of small town living, great schools, retail establishments, restaurants, shopping and services, in abundance and of a high caliber more often found in much larger communities.
We take the business of welcoming tourists to our region very seriously. Our dedicated volunteers operate our Visitors Information Center year round, with full time coverage in the busy summer months. Whether its business, biking, boating, or a beautiful B & B referral we have all the best insider tips on what the Town and county have to offer. From high end luxury suites to budget accommodations, exotic and extravagant cuisine to down home fare, and posh as well as practical shops and boutiques, Lee has it all!
In the summer we are at the center of the Berkshires cultural Mecca, with world class music, dance, theater, museums and historic homes all within minutes of our downtown. For the outdoor enthusiasts there are pristine mountain lakes, miles of scenic hiking trails, and countless back roads for scenic drives. Autumn brings a dazzling display of color. Bring your skis or snowshoes for a winter visit, or come in the spring to enjoy the fantastic rebirth in our fields, farms and hillsides.
Come and see why thousands make Lee their Berkshire destination in all seasons.
Very Truly Yours,
Kathy Consolati
Lee Chamber Board President
